RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Demira, we curate our products with the highest attention to quality. To maintain absolute fairness and operational efficiency, we operate under a strict No Returns / Exchange Only policy.
We do not offer cash or bank refunds for change of mind, color shade variation due to screen brightness, or personal preference.
1. Eligibility for Exchange Exchanges are strictly permitted ONLY under the following two conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Item: The product delivered to you is physically damaged or broken.
- Wrong Item Delivered: The product delivered to you is completely incorrect (wrong design, pattern, or entirely wrong product category).
2. Mandatory 24-Hour Notification and Proof Rules You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered by our courier partner.
For Damaged/Defective Products:
Your claim MUST be accompanied by a clear, continuous, and unedited Parcel Unboxing Video. The video must show the outer shipping package completely sealed at the start, tracking details fully legible, and follow through continuously to the physical inspection revealing the defect.
For Wrong Products Delivered: Your claim must be accompanied by either a clear, unedited unboxing video OR clear, high-resolution photographs/videos showing the incorrect product received alongside the shipping label/bill.
Important: Failure to provide the required video/photographic proof, or reaching out after the 24-hour delivery window has lapsed, will result in an automatic rejection of the exchange request.
3. Condition of the Product To be accepted for an exchange once approved, the product must be returned to us in its original delivered state:
Unworn, unwashed, unstitched, and completely unaltered.
All original product tags, brand labels, folding formats, and inner packaging materials must be fully intact.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
- Send an email to jugnitales12@gmail.com with your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and attach your required video/photo proof.
- Our team will review your submission within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions and destination address. Do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior written approval, as unauthorized parcels will not be accepted.
5. Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or redirected once they have been processed and handed over to our delivery logistics partners.
